Yep, I can't disagree with that post. IMO, that "PR window" timeframe would have been over six months ago, not now.

Today, I believe PTSC management has had a tough job doing just about anything until the large uncertainties are cleaned up. I like my odds going into the Markman and I hope the Q report shows S & L has indeed been selling warrants into every little run. That's my guess on why a lot of PR may have been useless, at least this close to the Markman.
