It appears that each of PUBPAT’s claims of prior art come from public sources including other patents, periodicals, and public product specifications. My concern has been that non-public information would become public and expose prior art.

Given that I see no such “previously private” source supporting PUBPAT claims, I’m holding my long position. To me the risk of an unfavorable prior art ruling is low because all the information in PUBPAT’s claims was available when <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:sm... />Moore applied for and was granted his patent, and more recently when 18 companies decided to pony up millions of dollars to pay for a license.
