If we win the Markman and the BOD start paying themselves handsome bonuses and continue to "not" spend the money wisely - what then?  Long-term shareholders may have a big problem with this scenario. 

I'm voting them off "and" signing the letter.  The letter will show that we're paying attention to their ineptness and we're not going put up with it -before or after the Markman.
