Nor the stocks they give to the PR people.  Pay them in cash and quit giving away our shares. 

And when the BOD wants a raise, I want to know what the incentive is.  Is the share price up so that everyone get's a raise? 

Lastly, I want to drive home the fact that there is "insider stuff "happening with this stock and who do they think they are playing for fools?

There is much right with the company, the companies, but it is worth the effort to try to stir a fire under some of the BOD at this point.  They've become more casual with every new signing until now when we have arrived at the point where it almost looks rag-tag.
