How do we mention S&L Warrant conversion issue in the letter?

Does anyone know exactly how many warrants have actually been converted and how many shares have been sold as a result?

I don't think we can mention this issue until we have all of the facts - hopefully after Monday (4/23).

The S&L sell-off of shares due to converting warrant is currently only our "best guess" as to what's going on with the SP.
