This is a good arguement point, if the judge believes that we are not consistant with the claims he may lean towards the defendants. This is the only good one i've seen of theirs so far. The other stuff seems to make them look scared. This is good but I hope not good enough.

I would think that if there are gray areas that the judge and or jury would give the benifit of doubt to the orignal inventors (thinking of what knowledge they had at the time - now what experts know now)
