That's what it looks like. IMO, all things considered, a decent 10Q. As others have expressed, annualized EPS @ 10 cents/share with a current multiple of 10 should put us at a buck, but with the Markman so close I doubt we will see a buck until the outcome is known. If we prevail at the Markman and the defendants settle, than IMO the multiple increases as well and we should see even more growth in the PPS. Everything IMO hinges on May 3rd.
