My guestimates would be the 4 NEC entities settled for around $16mm, and the other 3 settled for around $3-4mm each; that would equal about $26mm total to PDS, with our share of the earnings net of expenses coming in at $11.6mm. Just a shot in the dark, with apparently the BIG NEC entity still chasing the bait fish.
