Yes, that is correct.  Why do you suppose that is???  Either the market knows S&L will sell into any rally OR they're going to wait until they know the outcome of the Markman.  Pohl should be talking to every financial institution that will listen about us.... we are EXTREMELY undervalued by ANY measure.  This is beyond ridiculous IMO.
