Earnings PRs are public companies' standard and accepted way of summarizing quarterly/yearly accomplishments and goals, and are the norm for companies that expect major exchange listings. They are also PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE ways of communicating regularly with shareholders and potential investors alike.

As I've mentioned before, I have visted PTSC's offices, and while they're nice digs, there's NO activity. You can't even get them on the phone. When you follow voice prompts and enter the last names of Pohl and Sweeney, the VM system can't locate anyone by that name.

They don't need to wait for the SHM, and really shouldn't, because this is info that should be disseminated to the general (read: investing) public.
