As for consideration for non-attending shareholders, what about a Web cast of the AMS?  I posed the question (prompt) to Agora a few days ago - got no reply.  They apparently have the capability per the "Executive Address" thingy at upper right.  And Agora is contracted for support.  WTF?  No real-time capability?  Working it out?  Trouble getting parts for the old BetaMax? LOL
