Excuse me, but the issues I have raised are perfectly legitimate ones, and I will continue to raise them whether or not you or anyone else likes it or not.

A company that can't answer the phone and can't issue an earnings PR in a timely fashion needs to be held to account --and posts that raise these issues are and ought to be every bit as welcome as the endless musings here about skyrocketing share prices and Markman outcomes.
