Question for our resident legals

IMO It would seem to me that MEI is in a self-destruct mode. First, they are insisting on a trial based on individual chips even though 2 other defendants have agreed to families. I don't see that putting them in a favorable light with respect to the court's ruling on whether we go to trial for a handful that represented families or all infringing chips. If the court rules in our favor then I believe it pushes MEI closer to possible settlement. I say this because I can not envision the Judge limiting this trial to the handful of MEI chips w/o giving us the ability to sue on the rest. But I could be wrong on this and that is were legal knowledge/input would be most helpful. Is that outcome realistic???? Opty
