At one time, PTSC had negotiated an agreement to purchase up to 2MM warrants per month (I think? - someone help me here) from S&L, but regular purchases never materialized.  If that option were still available, they could take care of the remaining warrants in a reasonably short period of time.

Whatever happened to that?  Did it go away when the Anti-dilution Agreement ended?
