Therein lies much of our problems.... they give us a neutral rating due to the upcoming Markman hearing and the USPTO review of the 336. Personally, I don't think they should include the USPTO review... it will take up to 22 months for their review... the Markman is important for us, no doubt but if we win that are they still going to rate us neutral due to the PTO??? Makes no sense.
