Yes, till next year , after the court case, we will see what happens. If we loose the whole issue is moot. We win we will see who gets over greedy. And of course, have we thought of the possibility that we could push S and L into action ......like you said, they , if they do control the BoD , could make things worse. I sure like the fact their hands were stopped at 10%.
