There were 39 prior references Moore listed when submitting his patent application. Of course there is going to be similarities between his work and others. It wasn't until he did his work that the processor speed began it's remarkable increases. Yes? I think MEI is looking for anything it can come up with - similar words and phrases etc.... IMO they are screwed. We shall see.
