small holder (large to me though) ...  and i am not sure how i am jumping to a conclusion ... I am into FACTS - I do NOT like guessing (so I do share some frustrations with you guys).  Also, 50M is a large sum if you guys actually have that registered, so i have a great deal of respect for the thoughts you guys present.

I have NO RESPECT, however, for reckless attitude that has been shown as of late (for smart people, you guys act like a kid who found his fathers gun).  I would much like to be educated by your knowledge when i come here (which i still think i get) intead of defending good work done.
