I’m not convinced that PTSC has the right talent mix even if they didn’t intend to diversify. They seem to come up short in certain areas.

- Excellence in managing the market overhang of outstanding warrants
- Creative in developing employee incentive plans
- Expert in financing large acquisitions
- Clarity and timeliness in releasing simple to understand stock holder briefs, at the same time that Q reports (and other significant filings) are released – summarizing key points in a clear concise manner. Such summaries are standard practice in most mature institutions.
