Personally, I doubt that the last few days have been S&L...  It's probably more like Fut believes... retail taking some money out, since none of the other litigants settled, reducing their exposure to a neg Markman..  Of course the MMs will use anything to their advantage also.  Since we did not get the steady rise into the SHM & Markman many anticipated, some are bailing
