2ndmail - All hinges on the Markman... I knew that months ago and nothing has changed. I do think the pps should be much higher... heck our PE is around 5 now.... ridiculous.... but because we don't have any other source of income beyond the MMP at the moment (Holocom doesn't count yet) the stock is one big gamble. I'm all in... and I have a fair amount of shares betting on a favorable Markman. Time will tell as they say....
