Greeting s everyone!!....I want to personally thank everyone, who expressed warm wishes and kept me in their thoughts concerning my Monday cancer surgery, especially Marc whose postings in the past were quite informative and always on the mark.  Get well soon Marc; your presence is sorely missed.  It appears my operation was a complete success, though I’m on the shelf for a month regarding golf.   Having been in hospital management 20 years ago, it was interesting to have the tables turned and now be a patient.   Again, thanks everyone I am deeply appreciative for your concern and warm thoughts.

I still plan to attend the SHM on Friday and will attempt to provide some highlights and/or lowlights of the meeting and post them on the Board Friday nite or early Saturday morning. 

I expect the meeting to be rather brief with few questions allowed and even fewer informative answers.  I’m sure Pohl will be highly circumspect in what he will reveal given how close we are to the Markman.  TPL, no doubt, will advise him to say as little as possible.  He may indicate everything is going according to his plan and the lack of PR is intentional for the moment, and please be patient.  Pohl  will no doubt, triumph the issuance of another dividend and new FY 2007 licensees.  Will be interesting if Leckrone and Swartz representatives attend, and what they will say.  Leckrone may present new PowerPoint slides highlighting all the recent hires Alliansense has done and current future outlook for PTSC/TPL, assuming a successful Markman hearing. We shall see.

Looks like a lot of tree-shaking this morning by the MMs and new amateur bashers onboard.  Know what you own.  Keep the faith!
