I believe the volume of selling is S & L as a good trust manager would diversify as fast as possible prior to the Markman results being known (~late May). S & L certainly does not have any interest in holding more than necessary past that point.
In the longer term, S & L may not matter as a Markman win answers a lot of questions on the MMP license sales front. My guess is more than few companies are in a holding patern until the Markman results are known.
Good luck and safe travel to all those attending the tap dance or ASM in CA -- we just don't know what will be presented and which question(s) will be addressed, if any.
Remember, you can always throw your cookie at an evasive speaker. Brownies are even better. lol
