Jim Turley is not an attorney

Jim Turley is not married to S&L.

Jim Turley certainly understands the business.

Jim Turley is an excellent spokesman.

While Jim Turley has taken no action since the last SHM, my question is...........What have all the other BOD members done that is memorable?  Somehow that does not seem to be a credible criticism.
