i am not sure if it is enough to have a well trained guy sitting there. It doesn't matter if he is a Tech, Banker.... We are still remote-controlled by TPL and cannot act as PTSC .

I think we need a smart one who collects the money from the next deals and builds up our own revenue stream whatever it will be. However, the question still is if S/L and TPL allow to do so.
