What about Celgene?  From where PTSC is now to 62/sh.  I can't agree with your general statement.  Sure they have the tools to wring out what they can when a company goes south but they always benefit more when a company performs.  I just cannot get on board with this general sentiment that S&L are coming from a nefarious place relative to the retail investor.  We are all - including S&L - in this to make money.  I seem to be totally in the minority here but I cannot begrudge them their "end" given that there would be no PTSC without S&L.  I may end up regretting this statement but we need to trust them to build this company up organically and not based upon the daily weekly monthly share price swings.  The wheels are and have been turning in that direction since the HP deal IMO.  Patience is key!
