May actually be that they already have not decided....CEOs' don't give 2 weeks notice - If working, once they give notice, they are walked out period. They may have to sign NDA's on exit to insure they aren't going to compete against Patriot. There also may be some other "negotiations" on the way out the door, but for all intents and purposes, once they['ve given the word, they're history.

I'm hoping we get a dynamic, somewhat known entitiy with a resume that gives the shareholders something to rally behind.
