David Pohl told me they are using two independent "search firms" to find his replacement. Sounds like the new guy or gal will be in place by June 5th........D.P.'s next birthday.

Meeting WAS great! Dan Leckrone and Mac, REALLY IMPRESSED the s...t out of me. Dan pretty much said we "have it in the bag" in almost those words regarding the Markman.

Mac layed out "How" they develop their Claims Charts (4500 of them) and how they "support" each of the Infringers in getting "their" bosses to "write those checks" All about "customer service....indeedy" lol

Nine "first birth, early bird spots" have been taken. Mac confirmed that in those births..............the prices for a license have now gone up.

DP said we'll have a decision within 30 days of the Markman next week.
