There has been a lot of "Conjecture" re the numbers given by Mac Lackrone to outline what his group was doing in "selling" the MMP portfolio...

The numbers he gave were of the 485 served with the portfolio, 318-380 responded, and 80-81 were in various stages of discussions. (the first nubers are mine, the second from virt's post of 12.17 p.m. on 4/27/07(sic. it should be 27)...

You are correct in concluding that MARKMAN outcome will have significant impact in general, and on the 80-81 group in particular...
