Market valuation?..Answer No. 2nd Q..No...Each negotiation IMO within certain parameters depending on the industry segment, is independent. There are at least 22 segments - 11 cosumer - 11 Industry. Each has their segment leaders. Some segments are more lucrative than others. Some huge, some are low growth. Developing the criteria, and more importantly, negotiating ,the maximum license from each firm is an art. I think TPL has a lot more hiring to do!!!!
