merger talks were stopped because the other ( 1 billion dollar ) company put there foot down and stated the PTSC is valued much less. That is the way I took it. So , thinking about that.........I see that that company sees that we are a ( say .6 X 400m ) 240 million dollar company. However this deal breaker they refer to is in fact an acknowledgement by our company that our company is worth a pps of at least $2.50 right now. ( 400m X 2.5 = 1 billion ) The phrase was who was worth more, so PTSC believes and demands the we are in fact worth more than $2.50 right at this point in time.
