The power of positive thinking................What if we in fact do win the Markman and get a SJ, add the defendants to the 81 companies waiting on the court outcome.( IMO that is what they referred) =85 odd companies ready to pay (but at what mean price?) Say 20 mill average. That puts 850 million dollars cash to PTSC..............ok , we look for July to here the CC out come , file for SJ and thinking postive, we do get the SJ and some 90 days later we settle with them. TPL would have to go into overdrive in order to rake in some 2 billion dollars. Meanwhile , we are seen much more valueable to another company thinking about mergering with us. With dollar signs in their eyes they merge with us. Ok , say we loose half our shares during the merger to get the os down. Keep thinking out loud here, I conjector a  profitable company using the MMP. Say we stop the dividends and hord all the cash.

Right now we all own 56 million shares of a company that has no debt, but does nothing but collect 1/2 the MMP minus expenses, with a shelf life to 2015, with less than 20 million in the bank. With everything going our way, reguarless of S and L , and just maybe with their help , we (at this time next year) all could own (say 28 million shares ) of a compay that, after a good merger, has (let's just make up stuff as we go here..LOL) say 500 million dollars in the bank after paying off some 350 million dollars in debt , producting a product that sells for future income that does not stop  sometime after 2015, and are on a bigger board like the Amex or Nasdaq. They take away 1/2 our shares and give them to the company we buy out, and say that company has roughly the same 400 million shares out and their shareholders get the same treatment, then we will be left with a os count just like we have now, but we will have only half as many each. However we could be looking at a shareprice upward of $10 pps at that time. All with in a year. (a mindset of $5 pps with what you own now.) and a long time bight future.

Is anyone thinking the same thing??
