I never heard anyone at the SHM state that the Markman and/or trial was in the bag. I am way behind in reading posts, so not sure who is saying this, but I never heard Pohl and or either of the Leckrones make such a statement. Rather, what I heard Pohl state, was that if Texas provided an undesirable outcome, than that would NOT be the end to Patriot. Not sure I agree but than I am not in the know with what is happening behind the scenes, hell, I can't even multiply 9*3 and come up with 27..LOL Now as far as the Leckrones being concerned with the Markman.....they didn't seem concerned with anything.
