I can not garantee to validity of this information,however it was once explained to me the "Matsushita" is Japanese for "Copy Cat". Very interesting having dealt with them in the past I know that they strategic stratgey is to be last to market with products to be able to copy most of the positive attibuite of its compeditiors. It would be nice if Judge Ward had this knowledge.

This country needs to protect is IP rights or all is lost.
