As a relatively new long here, I realize this question may have been hashed over a long time ago.  I'll ask it anyway.  Does anyone have a sense (e.g., from prior ruling history) as to whether our judge is generally pro-plaintiff or pro-defendant, compared to the other Federal judges in Texas hearing patent suits?  (I realize some decisions are partial wins for both parties.) When Judge Ward was assigned to our case, was that viewed as a plus (compared to the other possible judges)? TIA for any input.
