You just answered my first question. It would increase the value of our investmnent, not theirs.They already own 50% of the MMP and are in 100% control, have products to sell, and they do not have to deal with the toxic funding that we are slowly getting rid of.  Trust me, on face value, I would love to merge with TPL, they don't want to merge with us.
