Thanks for the report. You stated that "the Markman ruling will simply have nothing directly to do with issues of infringement or validity."
Could you please expand a little on that? I don;t see how anything that comes out of the ruling will have nothing to do with the level of infringement on lack of it.
Regarding processing frequenct I think they were referring to two synchronous frequencies fwiw. "top area" is a bit puzzling. Maybe they were referring to the die area for the material used.
