I doubt it!...

Either Nokia was one of the few that were waiting to see what the Markman results woud be before the decisded the size of the check they would write, or their attorneys must have been prtesent at the Markman Hearing and ran to the phone and told them to "settle; settle, settle, and do it now before the price goes up"...

Either way this is portentious of the things to come, and I seriously doubt tomorrow will be a snail wartching day...
