I've said it before and I'll say it again: If Swartz were as nasty as you depict, he could sell us down under a dime. It'd be almost pure profit to him. But no, assuming it is S&L doing the selling, it is quite obviously for the long term greater good of ALL shareholders. THINK about it! S&L could dump 50-60M shares at any time. They aren't.
