i agree and dont see why S&L would not work with PTSC on removing the warrants asap. it would be in the best interest of S&L, PTSC, TPL and the sharehholders to remove this overhang. Any guesses as to why S&L may be reluctant to a deal such as this? Toss in an extra million bucks and lets be done with it! I am surprised that the mad rush at the close yesterday had no follow thru on the buying today. The signing of Nokia was huge and the timing perfect. my hope is that TPL and S&L are working together to time the releases of signings to accomodate S&L warrant conversion. S&L had to agree to the merger of the MMP with TPL and i got the impression from reports from the shareholder meeting that their was mutual respect between the 2 entities. just cant find a solid reason why PTSC and S&L have not just agreed on a cash figure and be done with the warrant situation. hang in there...we are bound for better days soon!
