Therein lies my biggest fear. Why was Roger Cook giving our presentation if he's unable to present clearly, concisely, and accurately? I would think a sharp, intelligent, knowledgeable attorney would be the best to speak on our behalf. The reason I'm a bit upset is because of the Higgins debacle... our lead attorney in that case blew it big time. I certainly hope that isn't the case here. Time will tell...
