The court room is nearly full with people(peers and concerned) listening to every single thing you are about to mutter. The "almighty" on the bench asks a question about the "processing frequency", no problem that is easy, you answer the question everything works out fine.
Then the man on the bench says, "tell me about the terminology of varying together", Cook hesitates, his brain is processing thousands of pages he helped prepare and he says to himself "gosh", I know that is covered in a couple of spots but what did we say? Did we say the same thing in both areas? "oh gosh" oh yea, Despain covered all that, I don't know exactly what Despains' words were, he talked about that in two different spots. Cook responds, "No your honor"
How would you handle that pressure? It sounds to me like Roger Cook hesitated, thought and then told the truth. He couldn't answer the question because he didn't write the anwer - Despain did.
