I agree, and the only way we will have any inkling of what occured will be if  there is a settlement shortly after rulling. If there is a settlement, IMO, it will tell us who won and how big. Otherwise, we will see a MSJ filed by both sides, and we will spend the next several months debating who won as we wait for trial at the end of the year.
