Mr Wlvbrit..... Because we on this board have seen this very senario before, a multitude of times. Now that is not to say Mr Patent Attorney is not exactly as he states he is, and hopefully he is.. but if he isn't, as is possibly the case, we will laugh him away...

I believe his value here would greatly increase if he were to actually comment on this specifics of this litigation.. but if he can't/won't, then I guess he is pretty much harmless and we should welcome his definitions and explanations, and thank him for his participation & pro bono... tho I would like to see his billing records....
