Care to share a hypothesis?  If you were defense, what angle would you pursue.  You have to read Despain to see what holes in his testamony you find? 

From your experience, is Cook at a disadvantage by the fact he is facing 5 different lawyers, each of which can focus on one aspect? 

While Ward says he does not care about past signings, you think it does not influence him in the slightest?

With all the money at stake here, with so many infringers yet to be signed, do you think TPL is shut down if only because it would be too expensive?  Too many people against them?  OR if you are right, you are right and right will prevail.  Too many have used our technology for too long and need to pay?
