I do not know... but my best guess would be that "Lincoln...." as per that Report possiblly actually is "Lincoln & Swartz" but that is a guess. My other speculation is simply that Lincoln is Swartz period. Mr Swartz was at the ASM correct? I do not remember anyone stating Mr Lincoln was in attendance. What I find interesting about the numbers in that report is 29mil tot shares for 'Lincoln...' is quite abit below the 10% cap.

I am not so sure S&L are actually converting right now or have any vested warrants to convert.. but that is only my speculation
