Most important thing that I noticed was a question that was avoided--from Minister--the question was

The question was specific; "are you associated with defendants and/or PUBPAT?"...

Note his answer did NOT include the defendents---------------

Though I could probably still look at myself in the mirror if I did suffer that fate, I have never represented (nor to my knowledge has my firm, but I am not going to run a conflicts check to appease you any further) ANY party in this case or PUBPAT. Is that sufficiently non-equivocal? Or do you want to review my billing records?
