Pohl said PTSC is going to be ok with or without a win in markman.  I want a high profile CEO that is ready to take the reigns of this growth company.  The announcement of the new CEO should coincide with another aquisition or merger.  We have too much money to ever go back to where we have been.  We didn't clean up the books to go back.  And I expect a first mover signee coming out of the automobile industry soon.  While I was very concerned at the lanquage by the PTO pertaining to their review of our patent336 and the newly found possible prior art, I believe Pohl when he says it doesn't matter.  We have begun our new path.  We are a new company.
