I agree with almost all of your speculation , except I am having a hard time coming up with where TPL has gotten the funds to be capable of buying 75 mil shares while at the same time funding IntellaSys, funding Alliacense, funding TT&C, funding their 401ks & paying taxes..... ??

I have to agree that there is/has been an accumulation on going, the trading pattern certainly seems to reflect this..

If it is indeed TPL, it would reflect the ultimate in confidence going forward..
