relatively young attorney, who is in line to represent an infringer.  Now, if things go as they appear they should, Pat Lawyer - you will probably be in the position of counsel during a License negotiation.  This is an important role and should involve much research.  This includes research on this board.  Pat Lawyer is the kind of attorney I would hire.  He or she is putting in the extra hours doing research that is not obvious to other "old timers" who rest on their possibly deserved reputations. 

Pat Lawyer - I for one respect the fact that you are here and I wish you were on our side - but since you are not - I hope that one day you will advise your clients to take a License for a fair price and become a part of our happy family.
